This is a poem I wrote about a beautiful glass church ornament my daughter gave to me for Christmas, it runs on batteries and flashes in three different colors.
Elucidated Glass Church

Top rank patron guards the steeple.
Positioned on four corners, angels
tending people.
Hosts of paragons fixed on high,
instruments voice a battle cry.
Sapphire changes intensity of garbs
in ivory white, remonstrating
swarthiness of the night...
Crimson stained windows~ vigil light...
Gods invitation~ to see the light!
Transparent shingles of violet and
jade... viewing his people~ where
they've prayed.
Construction of glass~ even the doors,
lightings flashing, through the floors!
A unique house of worship~ from tip
to foundation, skillfully designed to
shelter his creation!
